Maleny Cuisine’s Thai Style Salad dressing combines vinegar, with garlic, chilli, lemongrass, sugar and a blend of other herbs and spices. Combine with poached chicken, avocado and mango for something different. Great as a dipping sauce for fish cakes and as a dressing with Thai beef salad or simply splash over your favourite asian style salad.
