Doodles Creek Indian Wedding Pickle was inspired by a trip to India. There were vast arrays of delicious curries and chutneys, the standout being the Indian Wedding Pickle (it’s had a name change, it was called a chutney). It is carrot based with dried apricots, dates and sultanas and mixed with a delicious Garam Masala spice mix and a hint of chilli. Enjoy pairing it with a strong cheddar, leg ham and bbq meats. It is also fabulous with your favourite curry.
