This is Chilli Harvest’s version of the old fashioned Portuguese peri peri sauce which is perfect for your chicken dishes. It comes in on your palate with a slightly sour flavour as it is thickened with apples. As the heat gets released onto your tongue it releases a light chilli flavour.

Description
This is Chilli Harvest’s version of the old fashioned Portuguese peri peri sauce which is perfect for your chicken dishes. It comes in on your palate with a slightly sour flavour as it is thickened with apples. As the heat gets released onto the back of the palate after 10-15 seconds you will feel a strange salty sensation all around you tongue.
To complement: chicken, burgers, seafood, BBQ meat, seafood, noodles and stir fries.
